He won't let me give it back. I bawled my eyes out last night, worried that he would be caught because of this necklace, losing his family because of me.
He never buys jewelry for his wife, because she never wears it.
So he paid with cash, it's not traceable, he wasn't being reckless or foolish...no credit card...no check...and he got her an item from the same store...a picture frame.
He says he wants me to have it, he picked it out especially for me, because he loves me.
And so I will wear it for him. I have no choice really. I love it and I love him for giving it to me.
I am doomed.
