Our new house...

HALELUYAH!! WE ARE MOVING TO A NEW HOUSE!! We just got an email from the current homeowner, he said he is very willing to negotiate with us on the financial stuff, so that it works out for everybody involved!! YAYYYY!! He's sending us the application form soon. So, as soon as we give that back to him and work out the details, THIS is going to be our new house!!



It is so adorable, and spacious, and just perfectly located...we couldn't pass it up!



There is a wrap-around porch all the way around the house, PERFECT for our frequent cookouts!



This is the upstairs landing. The person taking the photo is standing in front of the decent-sized bathroom, there are 2 smaller bedrooms on the left side, and one larger/master bedroom on the right. Lots of closet space and an attic storage area too! One of the smaller rooms will become our office, another will have our dressers in it, along with Pete's large comic book collection, and action figure stuff in it. (Yes, he's a computer guy, he likes that stuff, just like David did). hehehe



And this is the kitchen, which is HUGE compared to what we've got now. The mauve counter tops will have to go, but otherwise it's a decent kitchen and we LOVE the stainless steel appliances! There's also a large living room with gas fireplace, a formal dining room, a small utility room, and a guest bedroom & bath on the first floor as well. (No pics of those yet, but I'll bring a camera next time we go view it, which should be this coming weekend). There is a 2 car garage also, with a studio apartment are above it...we're thinking that would make a PERFECT DUNGEON SPACE!! WOO HOOO!!

So there you have it...now I'm completely FREAKED OUT because I'm gonna have to get a major full time job ASAP to get the ball rolling for this house...I'm working part-time right now, but it's just gotta improve soon, otherwise we'll be "house poor!" The current homeowners are willing to negotiate and possibly do a "rent to own" kind of thing with us, which is GREAT!!
